It’s an Ix day (Mayan Daykeeper)

Noise! Noise, noise, noise from our external world and internal world. Cutting down on the noise helps to hear messages from spirit. The practice to hone this skill….. meditation. Now if you’re like me, just sitting & meditating isn’t something that came naturally. If all meditation in that form brings you, is frustration,  don’t start there. Start practicing in places that you enjoy. What do you do that engages you to the point where the world & time is forgotten? Start here, this is where you already have the ability to not hear the noise. The next time you do this activity set an intention to ‘remember’  the energy of this ability to block out the noise. Don’t make this into work, or hard, just set the intention let it go & carry on as usual. Then after doing that a few times, cross train by doing something like walking in nature alone while you practise releasing the noise. Being on a swing or in a rocking chair, letting go of the noise, focusing on the movement, just the movement. Sit by the ocean focus on just hearing the waves, etc, etc, you get the idea. This is all a type of meditation. Meditation where you sit & go into the silence, can come once you’ve honed the ability to release the noise in another way. I have found that this has alleviated the pressure & ensuing internal dialogue of my failing to be with the silence, & helped me actually be able to be in the silence. Which in turn helps to hear the spiritual realm.

The essence of Ix is the ability of  the spiritual realm to communicate in the physical realm. An ability to communicate in both.

They can respond to this spirit
and receive it’s communication while in the physical world.
