Eb is present today (Mayan Daykeeper)

Early on in my spiritual journey I would hear people say “My guides told me ….”, it used to really piss me off as my guides were nowhere to be seen. I had all kinds of stories going on, they are imagining their guides, making it up, there are no such things as guides, wow that one is really a wackadoodle. Anything to deflect myself from my frustration that I could not hear, see or sense any guides.

What I now know is that I was so out of balance in those times that I could not hear. When my focus was outside of myself or I was not present in my body it was like trying to hear a whisper by a waterfall. Quiet, balance, sobriety, learning to hear and feel my body was the start to being able to sense subtle vibrations. Then the journey of learning to trust the information that was coming into my energy field. Learning how I could hear, intuit, sense, engage.

You are unique & so the way you engage with your intuition & the spirit realm is unique. You need to learn the way it works for you. Yes you can gleen information from others, but ultimately the journey & experiences are your own.

If you are where I was, & being challenged to hear a guide, well make a guide up. Chat to your guide, whether it’s real or not. It’s better than roaming around your house muttering to yourself, as I often used to. Create an ally in spirit, hey before you know it, you may get a surprise & hear something back. Should it take some time and you are getting frustrated, feel free to make me your wackadoodle.

Eb is an energy, guardian angel/entity, spirit guide, (fill in your own belief word). An energy that helps you connect between the physical & spiritual realms.
