~ Presents they know you’ll love

~ Spontaneously doing household chores when their parent(s) are swamped with work
~ Random acts of kindness
~ Forgiveness
~ Elder care: all those adult children taking care of their parents with chronic diseases
~ Coming to visit

Mayan Daykeeper Kaban ~ Kaban’s essence is the human mind, it’s processes & abilities. Plasticity, the positive & negative effects of thought, computational ability.

possibly mental clarity, and, often, mental overwhelm.

without attachment or judgement.
